Customers and partners can purchase support subscriptions which provide access to appStrategy's support portal for software updates, inside information on upcoming releases and advanced implementation topics.

    Live telephone support is available during normal business hours (9:00am - 5:00pm US EST) , and (8:00 - 16:00 GMT Paris Office - EMEA Customers).

    Email support is available to all customers and partners.
  • Technical Forums
    The appStrategy Technical forum offers a source for information exchange between users and appStrategy's development and support staff.
  • On site
    When required, appStrategy offers on site support and implementation assistance to customers and partners.
